Start by filling out our questionnaire or scheduling a consultation. We’ll discuss your design, take measurements, and select fabrics. After the deposit, we’ll begin crafting your garment and ship it once complete.
2. How long does it take to create a custom garment?
It takes 4-8 weeks from deposit to completion, depending on the garment and adjustments.
3. How do I know which size to order?
We take your measurements during the consultation to ensure a perfect fit.
4. Can I change the design after payment?
No design changes after payment. Please confirm everything before proceeding.
5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No refunds or exchanges due to the custom nature. Manufacturing defects will be corrected at no charge within 3 days of receiving your garment.
6. What if I don’t live near Unic Avenue?
We offer virtual consultations. We ship garments worldwide, and adjustments can be made via video or by a local tailor.
7. How do I make my deposit?
You can pay your deposit online or during your consultation.
8. What happens if I cancel my order?
Once production starts, cancellations are not possible. If before production, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
9. Can I order for a specific occasion?
Yes, we create garments for all events like weddings, proms, and more. Mention your occasion during your consultation.
10. How can I track my garment?

No, we provide all fabrics to ensure quality and fit.
12. Do you offer in-person consultations?
Answer: At Unic Avenue, we operate completely online to offer the best experience for our global clientele. We do not offer in-person consultations. All consultations are conducted virtually via Teams (please download the app if you don’t already have it).
Important: Your custom garment will be made based on personal measurements. These can be taken during the Teams video call. If you're unsure how to take them, you can visit a wedding or alterations shop to have your measurements professionally done. Please bring a picture of your desired garment to ensure the measurements are aligned with the design you want.
Once you have your measurements, make sure they are legibly written and send them to us. This will help us create a garment that fits you perfectly.
